Vitamin D and Blood Pressure

A January 2008 study showed that older white Americans with the highest levels of vitamin D had the healthiest blood pressure levels. Vitamin D supplementation may be quite important for those living in the northern climates especially during the winter, as there is little chance of getting vitamin D from the sun during colder months.*
