Muscle & Nerve Health

Muscles require a large amount of energy to work properly. The ability of muscles to utilize oxygen and properly burn calories is of vital importance to health. Any athlete can support muscle function with nutrient fortification.

Muscles are directed into action by nerves. Stress-tension banging into muscles may cause muscles to tighten (stiff shoulders or a muscle cramp). During the day, this may lead to fatigue and muscle soreness. It may further develop into difficulty using muscles for normal, every day activities.

Many people experience adverse muscle/ nerve symptoms when they lay down to go to sleep (restless legs, burning feet, racing heart, insomnia). These are all signs that the nerve/ muscle system needs nutrients to support normal and healthy function of nerves and muscles.
