 Lean Green Tea Smoothie
Fight fat and get energized with this simple-to-make green tea smoothie!

Ingredients:
1. 2 scoops Wellness Resources Grass-Fed Daily Protein Plus Vanilla
2. 1 frozen banana
3. 1 cup cooled jasmine green tea (2 teabags to 8oz boiling water)
4. 1 opened capsule Wellness Resources Green Tea Extract
5. 1 cup almond milk
6. 1 handful spinach
7. 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
