Once you have decided what recipes you want to make for the week, set out all the ingredients needed and group by recipe. The top image shows 4 different recipes for a week with their needed ingredients. Then, start with 1 recipe and move onto the next when you are done. Finished meals can go into containers to easily grab all week. The bottom picture shows all of the precooked meals ready to go into the fridge. Now you don't have to think about what to eat all week!
