St. Patrick’s Day Super Smoothie:
This super veggie smoothie is high in phytonutrients for overall health, and rich in cell-preserving flavonoids. Plus, its packed with protein.

1 scoop Daily Protein
1 bunch spinach
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 cup 2% organic milk, coconut milk, or rice milk.
2 inch ginger slices

Wash and thoroughly dry all ingredients.
Put in blender and blend until smooth.
