Soy Foods Lower Sperm Counts
Researches show that just a paltry ½ serving of soy per day men lowered their sperm count1 25 to 50 percent. This is the first human study to show the adverse affect of soy intake on men. Soy is loaded with phytoestrogens which likely interfere with the male hormonal system.

I am no fan of soy, for men or women, especially the processed protein garbage that is in protein drinks and processed foods. Of course, Monsanto and their best friend, Cargill, have done everything in their power to alter the food supply with genetically modified toxins – which now contaminates most of the soy grown in America.

My advice is to stay way away from any crop grown with a Monsanto GMO seed and any food product churned out by Cargill – especially their soy-derived plant sterols being marketed widely to reduce cholesterol. And for heavens sakes – don't feed boys soy products.
