 Juicy Turkey Burger
• 1 pound organic ground turkey
• 1 cup organic marinara sauce
• 1/4 cup organic gouda cheese, shredded
• 1/4 cup organic Mozzarella cheese, shredded
• Whole grain pita wrap or burger bun
• Organic salad greens to top burger
• 1/2 cup chopped red onion (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients with the ground turkey except the red onion and salad greens. Make 4 individual patties. Bake at 420 degrees for 15 minutes or grill until cooked through. Top with red onions and salad greens. Serve in a pita or bun.
