 Green Tea Mango Smoothie
Enjoy the anti-aging, fat-burning, cholesterol-lowering and blood sugar improving benefits of green tea, all in a smoothie!

1. 1 capsule Wellness Resources Green Tea Extract
2. 1 fresh mango, peel skin and cube
3. 1 scoop Wellness Resources Daily Protein
4. 1/2 cup 2% organic milk, coconut milk, or rice milk.
5. Juice from 1/2 lime
6. 2 cups of crushed ice

Blend Green Tea capsule, mango, milk, lime juice, and crushed ice until smooth. (Add more or less for desired thickness.)
