 Green Protein Smoothie
Jump-start your morning with this high-protein, antioxidant-rich smoothie!

• 1 scoop Wellness Resources Daily Protein Vanilla
• 2 cups organic spinach (or 2 big handfuls)
• 1 organic pear or ½ cup pineapple chunks
• 1 cup organic 2% milk (may substitute almond, rice, or coconut milk).

Add ingredients to blender in this order: milk, protein, spinach, fruit. Blend and enjoy!
