 Berry Power for Your Heart
A new study1 shows that blueberries can be added to the list of natural compiunds to support heart health.  Grape seed extracts are already on the list and many other natural and safe options support cardiovascular health in a dramatic way.

Another recent study2 has shown that blueberry extracts are even better than eating whole blueberries in terms of supporting weight loss.
