Delicious Kale Chips
March 14, 2013

Would you rather give your children kale chips or potato chips? Here’s how to make your own kale chips, in about 10 minutes:
Ingredients:
1. 1 bunch of fresh kale
2. Cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil
3. Sea salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Wash kale in a tub full of water and then drain
3. Cut or tear out center stem, then tear the kale into 3-inch pieces
4. Dry the kale thoroughly, using a salad spinner, paper, or kitchen towels
5. Place kale in one layer on a baking sheet—no overlapping!
6. Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on each piece, massage it in, then lightly salt
7. Bake until crisp. About 5 minutes, turn baking sheet and check again after 3 minutes
8. Remove from the oven and let cool
Enjoy!
