This was my first time trying this brand, Wellness Resources and so far I am happy with this supplement. They suggest 1-2 softgels, up to three times daily, and there are 90 capsules in the bottle. Each serving size of 2 softgels provides 200 mg of CoQ10 as well as Vitamin E and mixed tocopherols which are antioxidants. This supplement arrived fresh, double sealed for safety, and the distributor lists all their contact information on the label. This company has been around since 1985 which is a long time, so I definitely can recommend this without hesitation.

Sorry I’ve been taking these for about a week or so and I actually have noticed a small difference in length of time I can stay active. I have no side effects so far and they go down relatively easy. I don’t know why labs have to mix different products with this like black pepper and what have you but for me it didn’t seem to bother and these are a nicely shaped pill that go down very easy. There is no taste and it’s super easy to swallow. I like the quality however getting lab information can be a challenge based on what you’re trying to find out.

I have taken CoQ10 in the past so I decided to give this a try. When I went to the website for the company I was impressed. The company has been around 45 years and the website is very comprehensive. I like that the product meets GMP standards and that it's manufactured in the United States.The capsules are rather unusual, being seed shaped. They are fat and short as opposed to a long oval. I actually found them easier to swallow than the longer ovals. The expiration date is clearly marked on the bottle. It is May 2026, which is frustrating to not have 2 full years of use of the product as is typical when ordering supplements. I took off a star for the quick expiration time.
