This is by far the best digestive enzyme I’ve ever used. Like many other products from Wellness Resources, I’ve been using this supplement for many years. I’ve recommended it to a few friends and they are amazed at how well it works for them too. Great formula!

Digestive enzymes helps me breakdown food so I feel less bloatedI don't consume it everyday, I do it sporadically to help with digestionI like that this brand clearly list all the ingredients in the label.It has a slight hint of medicinal smell/taste, darker powder than other brands,It has more pills in the bottle than other brands and nicely sealed to assure no tampering before use.No side effects after taking it so far. Very helpful in breaking down fats and protein. Very important that it breaks down saturated fat. It helps beak down the enzymes so one can pass gas for immediate relief.

A must-have for before each meal to make the most of the nutrients and prevent gas and bloating. I use this along with the daily probiotic and the combination has been very effective for me.

I have difficulty digesting dairy, some types of protein, legumes, fats and am intolerant of a variety of foods. I handle gluten reasonably well.I like that this is a broad spectrum digestive supplement with enzymes that target a wide variety of foods. The ingredient list is extensive and impressive; read the entire product listing to see what they state each enzyme does. There is also independent testing lab testing for quality. But personally, I'm all about the results. I used to have painful digestion followed by terrible gas after eating foods that I'm sensitive to. With this digestive supplement I have found relief.

I’ve been using these for about 3 months and find them very helpful. I am intolerant to dairy, nuts, sesame, and a few other things. The older I get, the more certain foods seem to cause indigestion and/or make me feel bloated and gassy. I will definitely be keeping these on hand to offset foods I know I don’t tolerate well. These have helped me so much!I also love that this company has solid quality control measures and this product is made in the U.S.A.

I have been having a problem over the last year with digestion issues that result in a lot of heartburn, gas and bloating when I eat certain foods. It has been disconcerting because the worst offenders seem to be tomato based Italian style foods, i.e., pizza, spaghetti and pasta sauces, raw tomatoes, etc. I've been taken this digestive helper regularly for about 3 weeks now and can really tell a difference in my digestive health. I also have stopped eating the offending foods after 6 pm so that I'm not kept up into the night with discomfort and try not to lay down and sleep before my body has reasonably had enough time to digest my last meal consumption. Just immediately before consuming the offending foods, I take one capsule. These are easy to swallow, and the directions indicate you can alternately sprinkle capsule contents directly on your food, but I'd rather not do that. There are 50 capsules in one bottle, and the price is reasonable considering discomfort releive provided.

I got these for my husband, to help with digestion and processing foods, to help eliminate the effects of certain foods. It is easy to swallow and didn't cause any ill effects. It seems to be helping with his excess burping after meals.

I'm not certain, but I've felt like getting tested before for a gluten allergy. Reason being I have a histamine reaction often when I've eaten a lot of bread or cereal. I don't like to eat bread with no gluten, it hard and tasteless most of the time. Plus, when I use my bread machines, if I don't actually use a good bread flour or add a scoop of gluten, I get flat loaves that don't rise properly. My reaction is not always, sometimes a hamburger bun or two does nothing, but If I have a bowl of cheerios or a sub sandwich, I often find myself coughing up phlegm. I've tried a lot of bread and cereals while taking this supplement with no reaction so it may help. I just got around to it recently, so more tests need to be tried. Since it seems to aid a number of digestive issues, it may not be gluten, but some other unknown issue, but as something that seems to be effective, I like this. Recommended.

This has prebiotics, probiotics and other helpful digestive enzymes. I'm so happy with it! I need all the help I can get in that department and it hasn't let me down. I have never had bad side effects from it. It's easier than getting yogurt in (which I keep forgetting to buy)...this works better because it bypasses the HCL acid in my stomach, which yogurt can't bypass.

This product is a must have in my house. I had my gallbladder out and was having issues digesting certain foods. This product was recommended by a friend and it works great! No more stomach aches. This product really works.

Digestive helper has made a big difference in how I digest my food. I have tried other enzymes with good results but Digestive Helper has improved my enjoyment of foods that in the past, even with enzymes, were difficult to process. Definitely worth looking into this product

I recently discovered, after consuming some gummies that contain tapioca syrup, that my digestive system lacks the ability to properly digest that particular sweetener. This caused me pain and bloating that I found very concerning. Making matters worse, I had 3 bottles of 30 gummies each and it was starting to look like I might have to give them away or toss them in the trash. Having experienced similar pain and bloating when consuming chicory root syrup, I suspected I was probably sensitive to certain sweeteners and started looking into how I might be able to remedy the problem. Two products I tried didn't do a thing to help matters. Then I found Wellness Resources' Digestive Helper. This product has so many enzymes in it that I figured that if anything was going to help, it would probably be this product. Fortunately, luck was with me on this occasion and my hunch proved correct: the product has actually worked wonders! No more bloating and no more pain! The only downside is the price. At $28 per bottle, my cost to avoid pain is just about 85 cents per day. But given the alternative - unbearable pain - I am willing to put up with the added expense at least until I get through the gummies I bought.Note: After doing some more investigation, it would appear that it is the amylase in this product that is helping me digest tapioca syrup.

This helps digest things like meat or oils or bread. This was recommended to a friend by a holistic doctor and so I bought some for my family and we swear by it. It’s a holy grail product for me.

these capsules have helped me so much from the first time I took them. Always had terrible gas and enormous bloating after most every meal. And if I ate a large meal , there was hell to pay. Thanks so much to this company, as I have been trying to resolve this for 5 years with all kinds of products and tons of Probiotics, to no avail. Now,I no longer have to dread a social event.

I have not found any significant benefit. It has not risen to my expectations in regards to dealing with bowel bloating and better elimination.
