How to place an order:
- Select the supplements that you would like to order.
- Click "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your cart.
- If you would like to sign up for optional AutoShip, select frequency (30, 45, 60, 90 days) and click "Subscribe".
- Review shopping cart. You may change quantity, sizes, or AutoShip options in the cart.
- Click "Checkout"
- Log-in if you have ordered with us online. We now use your e-mail address as your username. Otherwise, please fill out the required shipping and billing information to complete your order. Choose a username and password to earn Wellness Rewards points and for easy reordering.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after your order is placed.
- You will receive a tracking e-mail once the order ships.

Click on the shopping cart icon on upper right corner of the screen to display a list of items you selected to purchase, the selected quantities of each item, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.
Removing items from you shopping cart:
If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Cart, simply go to "Shopping Cart" and either change the quantity to 0 or click the (x). The item will be removed from your shopping cart.
Some products have two or more sizes or options (such as a powder or capsule form).
To make changes to orders after placed:
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by calling 800-717-9355. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify your order.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to Minnesota (MN) and several other states.

Sorry, we do not accept:
CODs, Layaway plan, or Money orders. (However, money orders may be used on phone orders).
Important billing information:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
What is the CSV number?
The CSV number is a 3-digit number located on the back of your credit card for MC, VC, and DC or a 4-digit number on the front of your AMEX card. This is used for verification and security purposes.
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified when you place your order. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. There will be no additional shipping charges for backordered item(s) shipped.
