Statins in 8 year olds!? Protect your children in healthier ways!

Byron is livid as he should be about the rising instance of Physicians prescribing statins to children as young as 8 years old!

Mothers, we need to protect our children from dangerous pharmeceuticals. They are under-tested, over-prescribed, and unnecessary. Healthy lifestyle changes are needed to correct childhood obesity and the health problems that come along with it! Our children have never been so fat and sedentary and have never needed statin drugs until they started to become so. The need is still an illusion! Get your kids up and moving. You’ll be saving their lives.

There’s a lot to be learned from The Leptin Diet. Here are the 5 Rules to get you started!

an excerpt from The Leptin Diet: How Fit is Your Fat? by Byron J Richards:

1. Never Eat After Dinner: Allow eleven to twelve hours between dinner and breakfast. Never go to bed on a full stomach. Finish eating dinner at least three hours before bed.
2. Eat Three Meals a Day: Allow five to six hours between meals. Do Not. Snack
3. Do Not Eat Large Meals: If you are overweight, always try to finish a meal when you are slightly less than full. The full signal will catch up to you in 10 or 20 minutes. Easting slowly is important.
4. Eat a breakfast containing protein.
5. Reduce the Amount of Carbohydrates you Eat.
