This is my favorite Wellness Resources formulation/supplement.  Why? Daily Energy Multiple Vitamin is a unique multiple vitamin and mineral. Wellness Resources adds bio available Bs and in enough quantity to make a real difference in your health.  Because it contains the Bio-active form of B vitamins I notice a huge difference in my daily energy.  I have never taken a multiple vitamin or mineral that has given me so much consistent energy throughout my day. I take 2 in the morning and 2 mid day. It is the most basic of all formulas and it includes my basic nutritional needs.
