Starting to Balance

I assumed The Leptin Diet was a book with another weight loss program or gimmick. I was so wrong! Byron J. Richards did a great job of explaining leptin and how to take care of yourself in order to properly regulate it’s function. When optimized, this hormone creates energy and metabolic efficiency in the body so I can maintain an ideal body weight. My body already makes this hormone – I just need to get it balanced. I am so glad I found this book!
