Q: What is the single most important thing I must do each day to keep myself healthy?
A: Here’s the easy answer for something that’s easier said than done. Drink 10 glasses of water every day. Dehydration is a cause of many health conditions. Plenty of pure unfloridated, unchlorinated water is essential. Note that even some bottled waters may contain fluoride or chlorine. Fluoride makes bones brittle and the brain duller.
