Side effects are scary.

Q:   The fact sheet that comes from the pharmacy when you pick up your prescription is so confusing and the list of side effects is overwhelming. It makes me feel like I’m doing more harm than good. What should I do?

A:   Whenever you can take care of a non life-threatening symptom, look for a reliable source to help you find a safe, natural, effective method for improvement. Always be aware of side-effects of any drug you take. Understand fully the drug. PDR and Best Pills Worst Pills are good reference books for drug information. Something that is natural, safe and has been proven to give results is a better route to take than a drug in most situations. Drugs create side effects, especially when used long-term or frequently. Oftentimes one drug’s side effects are "handled" by giving a person another drug to cover up the side effect and can go on from there, creating quite a drug list for the person. This creates an overall weakened immune system and liver, ill health and chronic health conditions, which is not a good quality of life.
