Q: Why do certain people live to be 100 years of age or more?
A: There are a few common denominators for why centurions live so long. Studies show that a common denominator of those reaching the age of 100 or older have been on little or no prescription drugs in their lives. It has also been shown that Centurions do not have insulin resistance from excessive sugar consumption and over eating. They’ve taken steps to ensure their bodies run efficiently.
