Building Immunity During the Flu Season

Q:   My physician is pressing me to get the flu shot. I don’t want to get it. What alternatives do I have?

A:   A person may use nutrition as a wonderful natural means to keep their immune system energized and ready for battle if and when exposed to various colds/flus.
