For me, strength and happiness meant having the courage to move away from traditional nursing and into natural wellness, nutrition and preventative health. As a woman, a women´s health educator and as co-founder of Wellness Resources I'm here to help you through my Health Blog, Q and A and Health Tips to reach your personal potential for getting and staying healthy.

The WRWN is about asking questions and getting active physically and socially – we´ve started down this path of wellness literally by organizing walks around our beautiful local lakes to connect and get moving together. As we grow, so will our events!
