Weight Loss Dramatically Improves Sleep Apnea

Saturday, February 14, 2009  -  Byron Richards, CCN

The best news for those with snoring and sleep apnea, which is a lot of people, is that losing weight is now proven to be the most effective remedy for the problem – and very cost effective as well.  A new controlled study showed that those who lost twenty pounds in the course of a year had significant improvements in sleep apnea.

This reminds us that there is no short cut to health and that you do have to work at staying healthy and getting healthy if you have fallen off track.  Doing so will add quality years of health to your life – something you won’t be able to get any other way.
