One lesson you do not want to teach your newborn child is how to become fat.  New research shows that inappropriate weight gain in the first six months of life, in turn increasing their risk for obesity by 40% by age 3.

During the first six months of life a great deal of subconscious circuitry is established.  As your child moves begins to eat solid foods stick with the five rules of the Leptin Diet and have them eat quality foods.  This will help train their evolving food acquisition circuitry to be normal, instead of maladapted to too much food, or food coming in too often, and/or poor quality food.

A lifetime of good health can get started on the right path by training nerves to do the right thing.
