There are many strategies you can employ to help keep appetite in check, including a higher protein diet, following the Five Rules of The Leptin Diet, getting adequate sleep, and a variety of nutrients that help modulate appetite signals – but don’t forget about exercise!  It not only improves your fitness it helps keep you in a better eating pattern.
