How to Get Rid of Cellulite

Women ask me all the time how to get rid of cellulite.  While I have been giving the same successful tips for many years I did a search of the internet to see what advice others were giving.  I was stunned by how unhelpful the information was, even info given out by mainstream medicine.  They pretended that nobody had any clue what caused cellulite or what to do about it.  There were plenty of quick fix gimmicks for sale and highly questionable procedures being offered by the medical makeover people – yet nowhere could I find anyone saying anything intelligent about the subject. 

While there is no quick fix for cellulite, there are definite things you can do to stop the problem from getting worse and even improve the appearance of the problem.  The problems that result in cellulite are multifaceted and reflect underlying difficulties throughout your body that are predictive of a wear and tear trend.  Cellulite is experienced by 90% of women and 10% of men, indicating that estrogen-related issues are a key aspect of the problem.  Men who develop the problem typically have low androgens (low testosterone). 

There are a number of factors in addition to estrogen that are involved with cellulite.  These include fluid retention/lymph issues, nerves and stress, circulation changes, fatty acid build up, changes in fat cells, inflammatory tissue stress, and changes in the structures within and under the skin.  The worse the problem the more cosmetically annoying is the dimpling and cottage cheese look of cellulite.
