Grape Seed Extract Lowers Blood Pressure

Researchers at the Department of Internal Medicine, University of California Davis, have demonstrated that doses of 150 mg and 300 mg per day of grape seed extract significantly lower blood pressure in patients with the metabolic syndrome.
