Trasylol is a drug that promotes clotting and is given during heart by pass surgery. It is one of the new and expensive biotech drugs of Bayer. Patients generally don’t know they are getting it, and it significantly increases kidney failure and the likelihood they will die at a significantly increased rate in the next few years following surgery. You can imagine that giving a clotting drug to patients with clogged arteries may have some problems. There are other options that are inexpensive and don’t carry the risks.

The statin fraud continues to rage on as one of the greatest health frauds ever perpetrated on gullible human beings. The latest study, published on the British Medical Journal website, followed over 2 million British statin takers for a number of years. The data clearly shows that statin use caused liver failure, kidney failure, muscle failure, and cataracts.

Several new studies show how important zinc is to reproductive health. These studies indicate that Zinc may aid in the creation of a superior-quality egg that is more likely to be fertilized and produce a healthy child, as well as improve the future cardiovascular health of your child.

The inability of the medical profession to actually think about what they are doing when they prescribe medications is highlighted by a new study warning that much of the blood pressure medication given may actually be making blood pressure worse. This is what happens in a society wherein high-priced Big Pharma drugs are pushed on patients regardless of their lack of results and likelihood of worsening health. Administering this barbaric form of snake-oil sales is the modern medical doctor. This Western-medicine drug pusher is focused on changing numbers and symptoms with almost no consideration at all for what they are actually doing to their patient. American taxpayers are paying dearly for this gross incompetence.

Q10 is a versatile anti-aging and cardiovascular support energizer. Several new studies show that it is a potent protector of the kidneys. This is good news since the decline of kidney health is associated with many metabolic and cardiovascular problems and is common in millions of Americans.

In the 1990s the antioxidant coenzyme Q10 was recognized as one of the first high-powered anti-aging nutrients. Q10 is required for the final steps of energy production within cells and the lack of it with age results in cells dying faster – a fact that remains true to this day. Systems in your body that rely on high amounts of energy for optimal function, such as your heart and circulatory system, are especially helped by having an adequate supply of Q10. While Q10 is not the only nutrient involved with cardiovascular health, the lack of it as we age, is a major handicap.

Fisetin is a polyphenol found in small amounts in strawberries and is available as a concentrated and standardized extract for use in dietary supplements. Researchers at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies have demonstrated for the first time that fisetin activates an enzyme (glyoxalase 1) that helps to remove advanced glycation end products (AGEs) which otherwise cause tissue damage and accelerated aging. AGEs work by caramelizing/cementing healthy tissues. The higher blood sugar levels of diabetics makes them especially at risk for AGEs damage, as reflected by the HA1C test (which measures AGEs accumulating in red blood cells). It is AGEs, not blood sugars per se, that cause kidney damage, heart damage, and eyesight damage in diabetics, leading to the severe health complications associated with the progression of poor health. While fisetin does not regulate blood sugar levels, it does clear out AGEs damage and prevent complications to the kidneys. This major finding is of interest to anyone and diabetics in particular.
