Mercury-Free Fish Oils

Super EFA is a combination of high quality fish oil from clean waters (assayed to ensure no contamination with mercury or pollution), borage oil that is high in GLA, and flax oil (the basic omega 3 oil). The GLA also assists the flax oil to become DHA.*

A Necessary Nutritional Supplement

Essential fatty acids are necessary for human health, yet the human body cannot make them itself. Incorporating sufficient amounts of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids into your diet may not be fully possible. Ingredients & Dosage

Directions: Take 1-3 capsules per day with meals.

Other Ingredients: the softgel capsule is made of gelatin, glycerin, and water.
