LeptiFiber^®

LeptiFiber^® is a combination of two unique soluble fibers, one from a legume known as guar beans (guar gum) and the other from the heartwood of larch trees which are in the pine family (arabinogalactan). Guar gum and arabinogalactan are very soluble in water and have little taste, making them an excellent fiber supplement that requires no sweetener and is very easy to use.

These forms of fiber are known as viscous polysaccharides, important water-holding glyconutrients with unique properties. Guar gum is technically a glyconutrient of mannose with galactose side groups. Arabinogalactan is a glyconutrient of 6 parts galactose to 1 part arabinose, with small amounts of glucuronic acid.*

Many Americans lack adequate fiber in their diets which places considerable metabolic stress on digestion and the rate of proper absorption of calories and nutrients from food. Our partially hydrolyzed guar gumin LeptiFiber has been shown to reduce the amount of triglycerides in your blood following a meal. Because higher triglycerides reduce leptin entry to your brain, the net effect is that leptin gets into your brain better when triglycerides are lower. This reduces your desire for food while your metabolism and energy kick into gear. This mechanism is especially helpful for those trying to eat a lower calorie diet to assist weight management.*

Take 1 tablespoon of LeptiFiber (or 4-9 capsules) one-half hour or one hour before your two largest meals of the day. This does not mean you can overeat, it simply means that you will be more inclined to feel full on a moderate amount of food and are likely to have an improved metabolic response.*

Ingredients & Dosage

Directions: Mix 1 level tablespoon in 8 ounces or more of liquid, mix and drink. May be taken 1-3 times per day. Best taken 15-30 minutes prior to your largest meal of the day.
