How to place an order:
Click on "View Cart" on the right column or upper right corner of the screen to display a list of items you selected to purchase, the selected quantities of each item, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.
Removing items from you shopping cart:
If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Cart, simply go to "Shopping Cart" and select the "Remove" button. The item will be removed from your shopping cart. You may also change the quantity of a product by entering the quantity you would like and pressing "Update".
Some products have two or more sizes or variants (such as a powder or capsule form). To change the size of a product, click "Size Options" in the Shopping Cart.
To make changes to orders after placed:
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by calling (866) 403-8889. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify your order.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to Minnesota (MN).
The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is Wellness Resources, Inc.

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
What is the CSV number?
The CSV number is a 3 digit number located on the back of your credit card. This is used for verification and security purposes.
Paying with an electronic check:
We accept electronic checks for online orders. Using an electronic check allows you to pay straight out of your bank account for your purchase, no credit card required. Electronic check offers the convenience of a paper check with the safety and speed of electronic payments – allowing you to receive your purchase faster than before. Your order will not be processed or shipped until your electronic check payment clears your bank. In general this process takes 4-5 business days.
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified when you place your order. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. There will be no additional shipping charges for backordered item(s) shipped. When will I receive my order?
We will ship your order the same or next business day (M-F). Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping for orders is via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground in the contiguous US. Orders arrive in 2-6 business days from shipment date. Standard shipping is $6.50. To specify a shipping method, select the according option in at checkout. Shipping is non-refundable.
Can I get faster shipping?
Yes, at checkout you may select Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day. Expedited orders placed by 2:30pm M-F (CST) will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, the order will be shipped the next business day.
We cannot offer overnight shipping for international or PO/APO/FPO orders. However, standard shipping is available.
You may place an order online to be shipped to: Australia, Canada, UK, Denmark, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden, and Switzerland.
International shipping charges will be calculated at check out. Shipping is non-refundable on returned orders – please check your address carefully. International orders are sent via USPS Global Express Mail and take anywhere from 7-12 days. Third-party carriers handle the order once it is the destination country.
Customs for International Orders:
We list your package as “health products” on customs forms. Please check with your country’s customs agency for additional information on possible import taxes or tariffs.
Order tracking or website questions:

Refunds and exchanges:
Refunds are granted on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges may be made within 60 days of purchase. For requests outside of this policy, please contact us at: 800-717-9355 for authorization. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Please note: No refunds or exchanges will be given without returning merchandise. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. We cannot accept returns for Super Dophilus (due to storage conditions) or books that have noticeable use or damage.
Damaged Items: When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 866-403-8889.
