Wellness Resources online shopping is easy, convenient, and secure. Orders ship same or next business day (Monday - Friday)!

How to place an order:

  1. Select the supplements that you would like to order.
  2. Click "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your cart.
  3. Review shopping cart. You may change quantity of the products here.
  4. Click "Checkout"
  5. Log-in if you have ordered with us online after 10/20/05. Otherwise, please fill out the required shipping and billing information to complete your order. Choose a username and password for easy reordering.
  6. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after your order is placed.
  7. You will receive a tracking e-mail once the order ships.

Shopping Cart:

Click on "View Cart" on the right column or upper right corner of the screen to display a list of items you selected to purchase, the selected quantities of each item, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.

Removing items from you shopping cart:

If you wish to delete an item from your Shopping Cart, simply go to "Shopping Cart" and select the "Remove" button. The item will be removed from your shopping cart. You may also change the quantity of a product by entering the quantity you would like and pressing "Update".

Product sizes:

Some products have two or more sizes or options (such as a powder or capsule form). To change the size of a product, click "Edit Option" in the Shopping Cart.

To make changes to orders after placed:

We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by calling 800-717-9355. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify your order.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to Minnesota (MN).

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

What is the CSV number?

The CSV number is a 3-digit number located on the back of your credit card for MC, VC, and DC or a 4-digit number on the front of your AMEX card. This is used for verification and security purposes.

Out-of-stock items:

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified when you place your order. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. There will be no additional shipping charges for backordered item(s) shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to shipment, please contact us at 800-717-9355 / 952-929-4575.

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $120 and $6.50 flat-rate standard shipping on U.S. orders!
Standard shipping orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, or DHL Smartmail.
Standard shipping orders arrive in 2-5 business days after the shipment date.

USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail – Arrives in 2-3 business days (Saturday included). Typically one day delivery to Minnesota metro areas.
UPS Ground – Arrives in 2-5 business days (Saturday not included). One day delivery to Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited orders placed before 2:30 p.m. central time (M-F) will ship the same day.
UPS 2nd Day Air – Guaranteed arrival in 2 business days (Saturday not included).
UPS Next Day Air – Guaranteed arrival in 1 business day (Saturday not included).
USPS Express Mail – Arrives in 1-2 business days (Saturday included). Most packages arrive in 1 business day. Overnight shipping for international or PO/APO/FPO orders is not available.

Standard international shipping is via DHL Global Mail and typically takes 7-21 days to arrive. Expedited international shipping options are available and will show during checkout.

A third-party carrier handles your package once it passes through customs in the destination country. Shipping is non-refundable on returned orders.

Customs

Wellness Resources prices do not include customs fees, taxes or tariffs. You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please be aware of your country's customs policies. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the United States.

Track Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. You may also sign in to your Wellness Resources account at any time to track an order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are granted on unopened items within 60 days of purchase. Store credits/ exchanges are granted on opened items returned within 60 days of purchase. For requests outside of this policy, please contact us at: 800-717-9355/ 952-929-4575 for authorization. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Please note: No refunds or exchanges will be given without returning merchandise. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. We cannot accept returns for Super Dophilus (due to storage conditions) or books that have noticeable use or damage.

Damaged Items: When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 800-717-9355.
