What is the Challenge?

We realize that everyone has a different weight loss goals. At the May 17 class we will have you set your weight loss goals for the summer. The challenge is for you (and your team) to be consistent with the program and reach your personal goals. At the August 16 awards event we'll give away prizes for "The most weight loss", "The best success story", " Most motivating teammate", and more!
