Immune Plus is our most popular lymphatic system support product. It is one nutrient, arabinogalactan, which is a branched carbohydrate that has been specially prepared for molecular weights that communicate with immune troops and support healthy function. It helps clear stagnation issues relating to the shoulders, neck, sinuses, and/or ears. It is often taken before bed (1 tsp – 1 rounded tbls) and/or before going off to school or work in the morning. It may be taken up to four times a day when desired.*

Quercetin is a natural immune system stabilizer and antioxidant nutrient (working synergistically with other antioxidants). It is readily taken up by cells that line your digestive tract, skin, and sinuses – wherein it supports healthy immune function. It especially helps mast cells (cells that release histamine) maintain their composure. Part of the way it supports immunity is by helping to offset stressful wear and tear. Many people take 1-2 quercetin capsules each day, simply to support immune system stability. Doses range from 1-3 capsules, up to three times per day, as needed.*

Oregano oil is a staple of the diet in the Mediterranean region and has been in traditional use for thousands of years. It provides natural support for the sinuses and respiratory system. This is full strength oregano oil - the real deal, with full label disclosure of the amount of milligrams per capsule (100 mg). It is extracted using steam-distillation, without chemicals. Many people take 1-3 per day for baseline sinus support. Doses range from 1-3 capsules up to three times per day, as desired. If using a higher amount gradually work your way up to determine digestive tolerance (it is a strong oil).*

It is also a good alternative for those who find the pungent oil of Oregano a bit too much for their digestive system (for most, Oregano Oil helps digestion). Our product is freeze dried to help maintain biological activity of this interesting fruit extract. Doses range from 1-4 capsules up to four times per day.*
