Ubiquinol Q10 Boosts Power Output in Athletes

Trained young athletes taking 300 mg per day of ubiquinol Q10 over a six-week period were able to boost their maximum power output.

These athletes were in training for the Olympics, and all of them progressed as a result of their intensive training. However, the Q10 supplemented group additionally increased maximum power output by a statistically significant 2.5 percent. While that may not sound like much to the average weekend warrior, it can easily be the difference between first and second in any event. 

I personally take 400 mg of ubiquinol Q10 prior to my rather leisurely five-mile jogs. Admittedly, Olympics are not in my future. Nevertheless, feeling good while exercising and afterwards is important. I swear by ubiquinol Q10 for a significant healthy boost.
