The oil of oregano is one of the strongest natural germ killers known, effective against Candida/yeast as well as most types of bacteria. Several new studies add to the existing body of science on this nutrient’s use as a natural immune support compound, which has been in long-term use in traditional medicine.

One new study shows that oregano oil is highly effective against hostile fungus/yeast. Additionally, the biofilms formed (germ gangs) when yeast turns hostile represent a significant challenge faced by millions of Americans. Once again, oregano oil was able to disrupt these nasty germ gangs, offering hope for improvement from Candida overgrowth.

Another study showed that oregano oil was effective against some of the most troubling bacteria that often poison food.  It was effective against Listeria (recent outbreak in the U.S.), Salmonella, and Escherichia coli.

These new studies continue to show the power of oregano oil as a tool to support healthy immunity.
