Dietary Supplements Improve Cognitive Development in Children

European researchers have demonstrated that a multiple vitamin and DHA (fish oil) given regularly to children significantly boosts their learning power and cognitive performance.

This study is important because many of the children who improved were already considered properly nourished and not suffering from any specific problem such as ADD.  By adding extra B vitamins, minerals, and DHA these children experienced significant improvement in brain development.

This study confirms the positive use of nutrition during the development of the brain to enhance genetic potential and raise intelligence.
