Antioxidants are Needed for Semen Quality

There is an alarming decline in the Western world regarding the reproductive capability of men, as semen quality is declining.  A new study links the decline to a lack of dietary antioxidants.  Antioxidants are needed to protect semen components from estrogen-like chemicals, pollution, and other toxins.

In the study the key factor that separated men with no reproductive problems from those having trouble was the amount of antioxidants they consumed in the form of fresh fruit and vegetables.  Men have a tendency to not eat as well as they should and often gravitate to proteins and high fat.

I have routinely given men Daily Protector and Daily Super E, antioxidants I have found helpful for this issue.  Adequate antioxidant protection for cells extends to all aspects of health for both sexes.  This is simply one example that is of great importance to the future of our race.
