Over Half of U.S. Adults Take Supplements

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention1 now reports that dietary supplement use has grown from 40% to 53% over the past decade.  This is despite every effort of powerful vested interests, utilizing such deceptive organizations as the FDA, FTC, AMA, AHA, ADA, and many others to try to dissuade the public from health support in favor of toxic medications.  Apparently, the more educated consumer public is not buying the propaganda.

It is stunning that the FDA continues to suppress free speech in the alternative health arena, while the use of medications continues to kill around 200,000 Americans every year. The paradigm of near-useless medications—which seldom restores health or solves the source of health problems while exposing patients to horrendous side effects—is coming to an end for a segment of our population. They’re more concerned about their health and they’re educated.
