Mitt Romney Running on Vitamin Dollars

Surprise – Of the 7 million dollars given to the 2008 presidential candidates so far by the health industry Mormon Mitt Romney has taken the lead with $80,000 coming from the Mormon state of Utah’s multi-level vitamin companies Xango, LLC and Melaluca, Inc.  To my knowledge Mitt Romney has never taken any public position in support of dietary supplements on any key issue.

Mitt Romney has just unveiled a health plan to help cover the nation’s uninsured, based on tax incentives and insurance reform.  The plan itself is based on the book Health, Wealthy, and Wise, published by the American Enterprise Institute (AEI).  AEI is of course the neo-con think tank responsible for the Iraq war.  AEI members like Scott Gottlieb shuttle between Wall Street and top positions at the FDA, seeking to rush new drugs to the market for the profits of Wall Street at the expense of consumer safety and proven effectiveness of the drugs.  Rest assured, the only plans AEI sponsors are those that financially benefit its ultra-rich globalist members, not the American public that will be saddled with the bill.

I’m no fan of the Democrat’s proposed socialized medicine, AEI-designed New World Order medicine, or network marketing companies that sell out health freedom in America to secure their positions in the New World Order.  Help!
