Fibro Friends

Fibro Friends is a positive monthly workshop held on the second Tuesday of the month from 11:00 a.m. to noon. Fibro Friends is FREE for Wellness Resources customers and their friends or family. A monthly topic is presented along with the latest research affecting individuals with the issues of muscle aches, chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, and/ or chronic fatigue. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

Receive organically-grown produce weekly this summer! At Wellness Resources we believe in choosing high quality food and cutting out chemicals in the diet. We support local famers and encourage you to connect with local farms to get high quality, nutrient dense produce. Wellness Resources will be a pick up location for Celestial Harvest this year. Pick up will be Mondays from 1-6pm for 18 weeks beginning in June.
