Conquering a tickle.

Q:   I have a "tickle" in my throat that comes and goes and has persisted for a few months. I thought my body had taken care of it but a few days ago it was back and has hung around. Should I worry about it or stop being a whiner?

A:   For that symptom I recommend taking a Wellness Resources Immune Booster supplement and Colloidal Silver to give your immune system help in fighting off your "tickle". The larger issue is that you should take care of any symptom as soon as you first recognize them. Listen to your body. When you have a symptom, take care of it as quickly as possible using safe, natural methods. (If a symptom is life-threatening or an emergency, then absolutely seek medical/emergency care immediately). If you let a symptom linger, it will most likely just get worse and could lead to serious disease or illness. By discovering the source and taking care of a symptom, you will be able to resolve health issues quickly and will stay much healthier. Work at the problem from the source instead of relying on a drug to cover up the symptom; you’ll save yourself time, money, stress, and your health.

Taking time for your health.

Q:   There is a health retreat that I really want to go on but I feel guilty leaving my husband with the kids all weekend to do something frivolous. Should I go or is it irresponsible?

A:   Now is the time for you to make your health a #1 priority. Many of you have spent years caring for others. It is essential that you take care of yourself, your health in particular -- your most valuable asset. You can have all the money in the world, but without good health it is difficult to have the quality of life that you want. Take an active role in protecting and taking care of your health.

Surgery?

Q:   My doctor recommended an outpatient surgery that's very costly and I'm not sure it's necessary but I don't know as much as my doctor does. Should I just listen and go ahead with the surgery?

A:   Don't Be a Robot! In a non-life threatening health situation ALWAYS know the facts about a medical drug or procedure being recommended or "forced" on you and similarly know about proven natural options that work, backed by science and results. An example of this is being told that one's gall bladder must be removed to solve issues with the gall bladder. Study up on that operation, learn side effects to living without a gall bladder, learn about what else you could do about the situation with accurate information and facts and then make your health decision for yourself.

Youth and Health

Q:   It seems like there are so many damaging and aging factors working against me. How can I maintain my youth and health?

A:   Educate Yourself! The best way to stay young and healthy is to take an active role in your life. Read and research alternatives and solutions for your health and nutrition. When explaining to a woman that the HRT she was on was not the safest and best way of protecting her bones and heart, she said that her doctor told her it was her only option. She was unaware of the many side effects of HRT, such as weight gain (of which she was complaining of) and the grave risk of cancer. It is up to you to learn your options and make an educated decision for yourself. There is a cause for every symptom you experience; learn what it is so that you can be more successful in getting to the root of it and alleviating the problem.
